GAMES & LEARNING – CANOPÉ

Année : 2024

Partenaires :

Spark Academy is part of the Board Games and Learning exhibition, dedicated to French elementary school teachers.

This event, organized by a regional Canopé center (public operator of the Ministry of National Education, Canopé’s mission is to ensure the continuing education of teachers in France), offers the opportunity to discover board games in a educational setting as well as the benefits of games in class. It is also an opportunity for teachers to meet several board game authors and publishers. Between conferences and practical workshops, Spark Academy offers teachers every year the opportunity to discover the catalog of the Asmodee group.

The main goal is to explore a wide variety of board games adapted to different ages and areas of learning, and to identify key concepts on the use of board games in class. Sarah Favaron, Head of Spark Academy, supports the discovery of this media through a selection of games aimed at all students, including, among other bestsellers, Access+, a range dedicated to children with cognitive disabilities. Demonstrations, explanations and support are on the program for this day full of exchanges.
