Content means, in particular, (i) any intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, trademarks, designs, domain names, logos, copyrights, etc.) pertaining to the content displayed, (ii) any textual, graphic, video, visual or audio elements appearing on the Website (the “Content”).
All Content, and all intellectual property rights associated with its design, the selection of these components, its presentation and its arrangement, are the property of the Financière Amuse BidCo or their successors.
Similarly, trade marks, domain names, acronyms, logos, designs and so on appearing on the Website are the exclusive property of the Financière Amuse BidCo or their partners who have granted Financière Amuse BidCo a license for use in connection with the Website.
All Content is protected by copyright, legislation concerning data bases, designs and models, trademarks and, more generally, international conventions and other laws protecting intellectual property and related exclusive rights. Any reproduction or representation of these components or of all or part of the Content in any manner and for any reason whatsoever is prohibited except as otherwise authorized by prior written consent of Financière Amuse BidCo and, where applicable, of the licensors and rights holders.
Users acknowledge that they are only authorized to use components and information appearing on the Website to the extent limit expressly permitted by Financière Amuse BidCo. Users further acknowledge and agree that none of these Terms imply any transfer of ownership of any trade mark, trade name or other proprietary right to any Content, in part or in full. Users undertake to comply with this clause or not to do anything that could in any manner harm Financière Amuse BidCo, their successors or assigns, with this regard.
